  • Is There An Order Minimum?
    The minimum order quantity is 6 items (per design). Although, we always recommend ordering at least 24 items per design for the best pricing.
  • What Is Your Turnaround Time?
    Our typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days + shipping (if applicable).
  • Can you Do Rush Orders?
    Most of the time we can accommodate rush orders to meet a specific deadline. Certain jobs may be subject to a rush fee.
  • Do You Have Any Screen Fees or Setup Fees?
    No, we do not charge any screen fees or setup fees.
  • How Is The Price Determined For Screen Printing?
    The price for custom printed merchandise is primarily determined by four things: 1. The total quantity of items you order (per design) 2. The number of ink colors in your design(s) 3.   • How Are Embroidery Prices Determined?
    The price for custom embroidered merchandise is primarily determined by four things: 1. The total quantity of items you order (per design) 2. The number of stitches in your design(s) 3.   • Are Plus Sizes (2XL - 5XL) More Expensive?
    Yes they are. The additional cost can vary for certain garment styles/brands but is typically $2.00 for 2XL, $3.00 for 3XL, $4.00 for 4XL and $5.00 for 5XL.
  • When Is Payment Required?
    Orders must be paid in full before the order can be processed unless otherwise approved by Syracuse Screen Printing Co. staff.

    Our shipping is done with UPS and we offer free ground shipping with every order. Use the UPS map below to determine the exact time for your location (with standard ground shipping). Rush shipping options are available.

  • I Already Have A Design, How Do I Provide You With It?"
    Email us whatever files you have and we will take it from there!
  • How Many Colors Can You Print?
    Strictly speaking, we can print six different ink colors at a time. However, we use several techniques to increase the number of perceived colors in a print. Halftone and Simulated Process printing allows us to produce full color prints similar to photos.
  • Who Supplies The Garments?
    We supply the garments.
  • What Type of Garments Do You Supply?
    We can supply just about any garments. We carry all of the major wholesale brands, offering a wide variety of blank garments. Explore the options in our Online Catalog.
  • Will The Garments Shrink?
    That depends on the type of fabric they are made of. Garments that are 100% polyester are just about the only garments that will not shrink. Every cotton garment, even “pre-shrunk” cotton garments are going to shrink a little when washed and dried. Garments that are made of a polyester and cotton blend (typically 50/50) should have very little shrinkage, though most anything will shrink if dried on a hot temperature - especially cotton. One way you can avoid shrinkage is to wash with cold water and dry on low/cool or hang dry (your best option).
  • Can I Order Different Garment Colors And Sizes?
    Yes! You can choose all sorts of different colors and sizes with your order as long as the design being printed is the same.
  • Can I Order Multiple Garment Styles?
    Yes! You can choose multiple garment styles with your order as long as the design being printed is the same.
  • Can I Change The Ink Color On Some Of My Shirts?
    Yes! If you have one design, but want it printed in multiple ink colors, that is not a problem as long as each ink color is printed on at least six items.
  • Can I Get 100 T-Shirts With Two Separate Designs?
    Yes you can, but pricing is based on the total number of items per design so it would have to be priced as two separate 50 piece orders.
  • Will I Get A Proof To Review Before My Order Is Printed?
    Yes of course! Artwork/mockup approval is a standard part of our order procedure. Once you place your order we will put together a digital proof or mockup showing the artwork and it’s placement on an item template. We do not move forward with the production process until you have approved the digital proof.
  • Can I Get A Sample Before I Order?
    We can have a blank sample sent right to your door so you can make sure it fits and feels the way you want it to. There is no charge as long as you place an order with us. If you want a printed sample that is not a problem but we will have to charge you a $75 sample fee.
