ORDER PROCESS
Consultation
The first thing we need to discuss are the details of the order so that we can give you an accurate estimate on price, production time, and delivery.
• What type of garments would you like? How many? What color?
• Do you have the artwork that is going to be printed? If so, what file format is it in (.jpeg, .png, .eps, .ai, .psd)? Do you know how many colors are in the design?
• If you do not have artwork, do you need something created by one of our designers?
• What is your budget?
• Do you have a strict due date?
Design
Whether you have print-ready art or just a basic concept, we are here to help. One of our graphic designers will work with you to create the design you want until you are 100% satisfied. Having a high resolution image or print-ready vector art is a must in order to get the best results in the screen printing process. Vector art is designed in a program like Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw where the image is made up of shapes and paths that are created by mathematical equations, not pixels, so they can be scaled infinitely without losing quality. If you have artwork but it is not in a print-ready vector format, no problem! We can take whatever artwork you have and convert it to the vector format we need for printing.
Approval & Deposit
After we have figured out exactly what your order is going to consist of and what services you will need, we can put together a price quote and send over an invoice for your approval. The invoice will also include a mock up(s) of your artwork on your selected garment so you can see a close representation of what the finish product will look like. Once we get an approval, a 50% deposit is required and we can begin working on your order.
Production
Once the mock-up(s) has been approved the order will be put on the production schedule. Now we will begin making the screens, mixing the inks, and setting up the order so we are ready to run it once the garments arrive. The production process typically takes 7-10 business days from the time the artwork is approved, and the 50% deposit has been made.
Pick-up or Delivery
When the production process is complete we will box up the items and get them ready to be picked up or shipped out. The remaining balance on the invoice must be paid before pickup or delivery can be fulfilled.
